Before joining Elkridge Advisors, Alyssa built a solid foundation in property management and real estate administration, holding key roles at Bridge Housing Company, New Foundations Property Management, and John L. Scott Real Estate. Across these positions, she mastered client interaction, problem-solving, and managing multiple complex systems simultaneously — skills that now translate directly into her success in guiding Elkridge’s clients through detailed financial and operational processes with clarity and confidence.

Her background in leadership — including serving as Class President and an active member of Ashland High School’s Leadership and Key Club programs — reflects her natural ability to coordinate teams, lead with empathy, and inspire trust.
